Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off Plan Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Off Plan Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets set by the company.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual direct sales targets for off-plan properties.
Prioritize closing company-generated leads with 100% follow-up and engagement to ensure no lead is missed.
Conduct in-depth client consultations to convert leads into committed buyers efficiently.
Maximize lead-to-closure rate with tailored pitches aligned to client preferences and needs.
Track and analyze lead drop-offs to refine sales tactics and continuously improve performance.
Client Relationship Building: Establish trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct compelling site tours and virtual presentations to showcase the unique value of Rabdan Developments projects.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, guide leads to the final stage, secure mutually beneficial terms, and close deals efficiently
Maintain 100% punctuality and adhere to company timelines for meetings, client responses, and follow-ups.
Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating professionalism at all client meetings and industry events.
Utilize the company’s portfolio of off-plan projects to present strategic investment opportunities to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific investment objectives and financial goals.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are consistently met and fostering repeat business.

Qualifications
Real Estate Developer experience is a MUST.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Dubai with real estate developers on off-plan projects.
Proven track record of tangible achievements in the sale of off-plan real estate developments.
Must have strong & well-established network of local and international brokers
Experience working with tier-1 developers is essential.
Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and deal-closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and trends.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, and Russian) is an advantage.
Strong task management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent relevant experience.
