The Building has 72 apartments each of them to have at least 1 balcony. (52 one bedrooms, 10 two bedrooms, 8 three bedrooms)

The building was designed with a modern spirit inside out with luxurious finishes that include marble and wallpaper for the common area and high-quality materials and appliances for the apartments.
